Counselling can bring clarity where there is confusion, resolve past issues, change behaviours and improve relationships. I will provide you a confidential, safe and supportive space for you to talk and work thought the difficulties you are facing. For some people having a safe space to speak and reflect about their issues it is enough to help them move forward, while others may benefit from the use of more creative interventions.
I understand that not everyone feels comfortable in talk directly about their emotions and factors that are impacting their wellbeing. Therefore, I also can use creative therapy’s that enables clients to safely explore and express underlying difficulties and traumas more creatively and symbolically.
It was my first experience of counselling and I wasn't sure what to expect. Catia was reassuring, warm and I felt that I could open up to her.
