Letter from my counsellor
The standard fee for a letter from your counsellor is £45, which is payable in advance. More complicated letters or reports may attract a higher fee.
Insurance
Please note that authorisation from your insurance company is required in advance of sessions beginning. An excess may apply; please check details of your policy with your provider.
Self-funding
The cost of a 50-minute single counselling session is £80. If a course of 5 sessions is booked and paid for in advance we are able to apply a discount of £5 per session.
We ask that you pay via our scheduling system in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. If you miss a session without cancelling, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, our policy is to collect your payment. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions; thus, you will be responsible for the fee as described above. We will reschedule appointments wherever possible. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.
